This class teaches everything you need to digitize beautiful, original artwork for multiple machine formats in Pro-Stitcher Designer.<\/span><\/p>\n In this twelve hour seminar, we\u2019ll begin the journey with a quick rundown of PSD\u2019s user interface, tools, updates, and available online resources.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.9.0″ _module_preset=”default” width=”100%” width_tablet=”” width_phone=”95%” width_last_edited=”on|desktop” max_width=”100%” module_alignment=”center”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.7.4″ _module_preset=”default”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.7.7″ _module_preset=”default” text_font_size=”18px” text_line_height=”1.6em” text_font_size_tablet=”” text_font_size_phone=”16px” text_font_size_last_edited=”on|phone”]<\/p>\n Once we\u2019re grounded, we\u2019ll leap right in to using the Draw and Edit tools to create designs from scratch, and save them for use at your machine!\u00a0 In addition to original work, you\u2019ll learn to draw and design from inspiration\u2013 importing motifs from outside sources, (or your own work for modification), and directly from life, using the Auto-Digitizing and Magic Wand features!<\/span><\/p>\n You\u2019ll practice with PSD\u2019s many tools, and learn how and when to apply each one\u2013 discovering how to Repeat, Reflect, and Carousel your designs, Split, Connect, Trim, Weld, and Intersect them, and even use the Echo and Rays tools!\u00a0 I will teach you how to create motifs, continuous line designs, and cropped artworks, that fit perfectly in even the irregular areas of your quilts.\u00a0 You\u2019ll learn how to easily migrate your designs to Pro-Stitcher Premium for stitching, and then back to PSD for any needed adjustment.<\/span><\/p>\n Before we part, I\u2019ll introduce you to working with True-Type fonts, Motif Fills and Outlines, and how I audition designs over my quilt-tops!<\/span><\/p>\n My live virtual classes always include plenty of opportunity for student interaction, both during the lessons and when we close.\u00a0 Whether you have questions about what we\u2019ve covered in class, quandaries from your own quilting journey, or idle curiosities that just won\u2019t let you stitch in peace, bring them to the classroom!<\/span><\/p>\n Class size is limited \u2013 reserve your spot early!\u00a0 Applicants to this class should be comfortable using Zoom<\/a> to communicate, and should ensure the stability of their connection, as well as the fidelity of their voice and video communication prior to the day of the class!
